Sometimes you'd like a more reliable way to check whether your backup system is doing what it's supposed to be doing. Now you can automatically perform checks like that using this application.

With ComparatorPro you can do comparisons between different directories and files based on an initial filepath, to find out which folders or directories are left over or missing with respect to the first filepath.

The way it works is simple. Just select the two filepaths to compare and all the differing files and directories from one side or the other will be automatically listed.

Also, once you've done the comparison, you can copy the missing or extra files from one place to the other so that both directories are identical. You can also delete duplicate files if that's your objective.
